Assembly Instructions

- Print all pieces on card stock
      There are four pieces for each wheel, front and back of wheel, and front and back of cover
- Align wheels back to back with tacks through alignment marks, Glue before cutting out
- Cut out the wheels, keep the scrap pieces as indicated to glue in covers as spacers
- Cut out the holes in the cover pieces using an X-acto knife. Remove cut-out piece for turning the wheel
- Poke holes in wheel and in both side of the cover
- Glue spacer pieces to one side of the cover
- Set wheel in side of cover with spacers, apply glue
      Make sure chord side is to front and scale side is to back
      Be careful to not get glue between wheel and cover
- Put other side of cover on and secure with a brad
- Weight glued pieces until dry
